Advocates International, ChinaAid och Jubilee Campaign uppmanar Folkrepubliken Kina att frige den världskände människorättsadvokaten Gao Zhiseng, eller tala om för världen var han befinner sig och varför han mot kinesisk lag hålls fängslad.
I samband med 1-årsdagen till minne av Gaos försvinnande den 4 februari 2009 har Freedom Now i samverkan med de internationella mänskorättsexperterna Jerome A. Cohen, Irwin Cotler, David Matas och David Kilgour sänt en petition för FN-åtgärder av UN WORKING GROUP ON INVOLUNTARY DISAPPEARANCES.
