CHINA is represented by ministers of highest level. The Prime Minister Wen Jiabao and Bo Xilai, Minister of Commerce who was Governor of Liaoning Province during the persecution of Falun Gong. 
According to witnesses, the Sujiatun Hospital in Liaoning province was one of the major centers in harvesting kidneys and corneas from Falun Gong practitioners while Bo Xilai was the Governor. As a reward for his "contributions", the then-president Jiang Zemin promoted Bo Xilai to the position of Minister of Commerce.
REFLECTION EU wants China to get HR as in Europe but China will respond that they already has all HR that is needed. What is the outcome of the Summit No. 6? The answer that EU and Europe wants will come in a time when the CCP Regime has lost its power. We have to wait and see. Perhaps 2007?
