CHINA is represented by ministers of highest level. The Prime Minister Wen Jiabao and Bo Xilai, Minister of Commerce who was Governor of Liaoning Province during the persecution of Falun Gong. 
According to witnesses, the Sujiatun Hospital in Liaoning province was one of the major centers in harvesting kidneys and corneas from Falun Gong practitioners while Bo Xilai was the Governor. As a reward for his "contributions", the then-president Jiang Zemin promoted Bo Xilai to the position of Minister of Commerce.
REFLECTION EU wants China to get HR as in Europe but China will respond that they already has all HR that is needed. What is the outcome of the Summit No. 6? The answer that EU and Europe wants will come in a time when the CCP Regime has lost its power. We have to wait and see. Perhaps 2007? If you visit and view the movies I have online you will see CANADA is very much a 'police state' with numerous violations to the Geneva Convention against the poor within it's own country, but the media won't report the TRUTH, as they are controlled by the corrupt.

I've read about Arthur Pawlowski (see URL) and that he got arrested recently. What do you know about the court in Calgary on that case September 7? I've not seen any reports in media about it.
